Narcissa Vatos is a pre-made townie who lives in Sunset Valley. She is usually seen wandering around town and talking to citizens in Sunset Valley. She can be made playable by marrying her, or asking her to move in. She has the exact same outfit and hairstyle as Twyla Summers. She has light brown hair with orange highlights and red roots, which implies she dyed her hair brown. Just like any other townie, she can often be seen as a mixologist if Late Night is installed and added a bar.

If story progression is left alone she will often move in to vacant lot with a fellow townie Dorothy DeMayo and she will sometimes have a same-sex relationship with her.

She is one of the few pre-made Sims to have no favorites.
