Newspaper deliverers, often referred to "newsies", are a type of NPC who delivers newspaper every morning in The Sims series. Aside from newspaper, they also deliver subscribed hobby magazines in The Sims 2: FreeTime. The newspaper deliverer in The Sims is called Nancy the Paper Girl. The newspaper deliverers are always teenagers in The Sims 2 and children in The Sims 3.

The newspaper deliverers will stop delivering newspaper if the household already has too many. Sims will have to dispose of old newspaper before they can deliver more newspaper. Unlike the previous series, Sims can unsubscribe newspaper delivery from the phone in The Sims 3.
