Octavia Broke is a pre-made townie introduced in Lunar Lakes from The Sims 3 Store who can be seen wandering around town. She can be made playable by marrying her, or asking her to move in.
Octavia has mastered the logic skill and has four points in the athletic skill. She has only three traits instead of the normal five for her age. She might be a descendant of the Broke family.
