'''Octavius Capp''' {{nee|Caesar|male}}, born to [[Julius Caesar|Julius]] and [[Calpurnia Caesar]], is the deceased husband of the late [[Scribonia Capp]]. He's the father of Contessa Capp, who is recently deceased at the start of ''The Sims 2''.

Octavius, his parents, and his wife, are buried in the [[Capp family]] cemetery. Like most '"ancestral'" Sims, Octavius does not have any [[memory|memories]], [[skill]]s or [[personality]] points. If he is resurrected he will have a random set of [[interest]]s. Unlike most ancestral Sims, Octavius and his wife died as [[adult]]s, not [[elder]]s, even though they both died of old age.

Octavius has an unused hairstyle. There is a hairstyle available that looks very similar to it, but they are not identical. Octavius' hair is available by pressing Shift and N in [[Create-A- a Sim]] when [[Boolprop testingcheatsenabled]] is enabled. It will usually appear at the end of the list. This hairstyle will also appear on [[Beau Broke]] once he ages into a child.

If you look in his character file in [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]], you will find a hidden picture of him as an elder, though it is unknown why this picture exists. Octavius' elder thumbnail uses a portrait pose that was discontinued for his gender during development. [[Skip Broke (hidden)|Skip Broke]], [[Davis Dreamer]], [[Gunther Goth]] and [[Simon Crumplebottom]] also have this case. Even though he is thin, his fitness bar implies that he is supposed to be fit.

Octavius's grave can be found in the graveyard of [[Monte Vista]]. However, he looks different, as his hair and beard are brown instead, and he wears sunglasses. This is likely to keep his appearance in line with the other ghosts of Monte Vista, as all of them have brown hair and clothes. This is also done with many other returning deceased sims, such as  [[Fricorith Tricou]]. He also died of electrocution instead of old age.
