Peeping NPC's are a type of NPC introduced in the WickedWhims mod, appropriately named Tom Peeping and Tina Peeping. Their sole function is to randomly appear on residential lots and peek into windows, and their nametag is labeled "Peeping Sim." If a sim inside the house is naked, partially or fully, or performing any sexual action/interaction, the peeping NPC may take a picture on their phone and/or masturbate.

Characteristics

There are two automatically-generated peeping NPC's, one male and one female, named Tom and Tina Peeping. Their relationship is unknown. Peeping NPC's can not become pregnant nor get others pregnant unless modified in CAS.

Both peeping NPC's will always have the same face and clothing, but their body types may vary slightly, most noticeably in muscle and breast size.

Both peeping NPC's have three normal traits and the fourth custom "cuckold" trait. This is what allows them to gain pleasure from spying on other sims. Their lifetime wishes are randomized, but their fourth trait will always be cuckold, regardless of their lifetime wish.

Peeping NPC's uploaded to the gallery will often lose their cuckold trait, with it being replaced by the correct trait paired with their lifetime wish.

Behavior

If a peeping NPC is added to a family, they will age like a playable sim and no longer behave like a peeping NPC while being played. However, they will continue to be a peeping NPC if the household is switched, even if the peeping NPC still belongs to a playable household.

If a playable peeping NPC dies, they will continue to behave like a peeping NPC as a ghost when the household is switched until their ghost fades back to the netherworld. When this happens, they will be replaced with another peeping NPC, which will be a clone of either Tom or Tina. Their ghosts seem to usually be green, meaning they are happy.

When noticed by a sim they are spying on, a peeping NPC will usually run off the lot, often with their pants still removed. Sims who notice a peeping NPC while naked or engaged in a sexual act will usually gain an embarrassed moodlet.

Peeping NPC's, like other sims, will automatically have the genitalia CC provided with the mod. Their genitalia, particularly Tom's penis, is still susceptible to any glitches affecting sims' genitalia CC.

Playable sims can perform sexual interactions with peeping NPC's, regardless of whether the NPC is in the process of spying or has been invited over as a normal sim.

Trivia

• The name "Tom Peeping" is a pun on the phrase "peeping tom."
• Tom may be a spoof of the stereotypical "pervert" appearance, while Tina may be a spoof of a "sexy schoolgirl."
• Both peeping NPC's have oversexualized body types, likely relating to their presence in a sex mod.
• The peeping NPC's default inability to have children may indicate they are either infertile or have had surgeries or implants to inhibit pregnancy.
