Penelope Kline is a Sim that resides in Strangetown in The Sims 2 for PSP. When she first appears, she is house-sitting for Dominic Newlow.

She is actually considered as a neighbor in the game, because they player can easily customize her appearance in on the main menu. Aside from housesitting for Doctor Newlow, she has no other purpose in-game. The player may socialize with her, if they wish.

Trivia

  • Her thumbnail shows her with her hat, but with blonde hair. This could mean that her natural hair color is blonde, and she simply dyed it brown.
