Peter Tutti (or Peter Party Guys as he is known in The Sims for console) is a Sim in The Sims for console and The Sims Bustin' Out for console. At the beginning of The Sims Bustin' Out, if your Sim is female, you are repeatedly asked by Peter Tutti to kiss him while in a disco. In both The Sims for console and The Sims Bustin' Out for console, Peter is one of the Sims that your Sim can marry. Peter Tutti is available as a playable character in The Sims Bustin' Out's Free Play mode, living in the Tutti household.
