At the beginning of The Sims Bustin' Out, if your Sim is female, you are repeatedly asked by Peter Tutti to kiss him while in a disco. When you live at Tinsel Buffs or Club Rubb you have to marry someone on free street. You can go and make different players in Free Play mode and they will pop up in Story Mode. Peter Tutti is available as a playable character in Free Play mode, living in a house of men.
