His mum always said he was playing too many video games. Now a grown-up cutie, Peter still spends most of his days hooked on his computer. It might be up to you to succeed where his mother failed and show him what life is really about.
Peter Tutti (or Peter Party Guys as he is known as in The Sims for console) is a Sim in The Sims Bustin' Out for console. At the beginning of The Sims Bustin' Out, if your Sim is female, you are repeatedly asked by Peter Tutti to kiss him while in a recreational version of Club Rubb (whereas if you're male then Candy Frutti). In The Sims Bustin' Out for console, Peter lives at 2 Free Street with three other men (as they are considered brothers over roommates). He is one of the Sims that your Sim can marry. Peter Tutti is available as a playable character in The Sims Bustin' Out's Free Play mode, living in the Tutti household.
In The Sims (console), his interests are Travel, Money, and Weather. Interestingly, his bio refers to his "mum", whereas other characters in the same game use "mom", suggesting that he may be of British or Australian descent (alternatively, this may simply be a typo).
In both games he lives with his roommates Rod, Woody, and Ziggy. In The Sims (console) he has a fourth roommate, Randy, who is absent from Bustin' Out but this absence is unknown.
In The Sims for console he appears in a striped sweater and dress pants with slippers. As mentioned in his biography he's hooked onto games. This outfit could be a reference to him being a bit lazy, although his personality says he's pretty active. Unlike Peter Tutti from Bustin' Out he has short blond hair and wears black glasses.
In the Sims Bustin' Out for console he appears with colorful long black hair and solar-silver sunglasses over top of bright green eyes. He wears a bright silver-white long sleeve shirt with brown pants (brown replica of the pair he wears in The Sims). Unlike his roommates, Peter wears black pajamas.
Sims with the personality Sagittarius or Aquarius have a much better advantage of becoming friends with Peter than ones with Scorpio and Capricorn.
Warning: if your sim is in love with him he's very romantic with them as this can become a problem to other sims with the same affection as Peter.
