Phil Jitmakusol is a member of the Techs from The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He appears in every neighborhood, occasionally being the neighbor of Sims who live in apartments. He can be made playable by marrying him or asking him to move in. Even though he has blond hair, he has brown eyebrows which probably means that his natural hair color is brown. To add more confusion, he has red hair genetics, and any children he fathers may be born with red hair.
