Or go to "Edit Town" and choose the lot, "build on lot" and remove the Twinbrook rabbit hole and replace it with the one from Sunset Valley (hogans diner) and place it. The rabbit holes can be found in "Build Mode", community objects. You might have to move trees, flowers etc. around to be able to fit the other diner, it's much bigger.
