It is located inside the tallest Skyscraper in Bridgeport.
In terms of interior, we don't know much about what it's going to look like inside, apart from that it is quite dark, with a few red spots floating around[citation needed].
Note: After the release of The Sims 3: Late Night this article will possibly have the location of the bar.
