Plastic Surgery is a mechanism that allows a Sim to change their facial and/or body structure. This feature appears in The Sims 2: University and The Sims 3: Pets.
The Sims 2: University
Sims who work in Show Business career will get Dr Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon, a career reward that allows Sims to change their facial structure. When used, a change face interface a la CAS will appear, enabling the player to change Sim's face. The interface lacks undo button, so players cannot undo an action when choosing the face templates or changing the sliders. The effect of plastic surgery cannot be undone.
