Plastic Surgery is a feature in The Sims 2: University and The Sims 3: Pets, allowing to change a Sim's appearance.

Plastic surgery can be carried out by Dr Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon, a career reward from the Show Business career.

The Sims 3

Plastic surgery can be carried out at the Hospital.
