Pootie is an Urb residing in Urbzville's district, Diamond Heights. He is a nationally famous Top 40 radio host, in a similar vein to Ryan Seacrest. He also bears an extreme resemblance to Haitian rapper Pras, especially on the cover of his album "Ghetto Superstar".
