- The music that plays inside the prom is The Royal Academy Dance from MySims Kingdom.
- One of the excuse if a Sim rejects as a prom date is that they thought they might be abducted by aliens. This excuse can be given by anyone, though it will suit Bella Goth's disappearance as well in The Sims 2.
