Reece Mustella is a pre-made playable Sim found in Garden Heights, in The Sims Pet Stories. In the story he is the player's enemy, because he kidnaps Sam Whitt. After that, it's the player's choice whether to become friends with him or not.

Even though none of Reece's facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in Create a Sim, when he grows into an elder, it becomes clear that his facial features are nonetheless broken.
