Romeo's facial structure in his default headshot is quite different from his facial structure in-game. For one thing, his facial structure in-game is slightly shorter, the lips are thicker, the jaw is slightly softer, and the eyes are larger. This can be proven by changing his appearance in the mirror and then hitting the tick button to refresh his thumbnail.
