Samuel Riley is one of the pre-made townies in The Sims 2 who resides in Strangetown. He can be made playable by aging him up with another child Sim if FreeTime is installed. Samuel has a similarity likeness to Buck Grunt.
Like all townies in The Sims 2, Samuel's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. He has the same facial structure as Edward Mellon. There is no evidence that Samuel is related to fellow townie Tiffany Riley. Samuel has blonde hair and light blue eyes. He wears a red T-shirt over a yellow shirt alongside having khaki pants and sandals.
Samuel's interests are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no interests. When Samuel is first spawned in-game, he will be a C student enrolled in public school.
