| Patchy the Straw Man is made out of straw. He doesn't have hands. Not even a paw. But Patchy has patches and a big pumpkin hat. Put Patchy near plants and they'll grow just like that! The crows all love Patchy, he's a funny old rogue. Why's Patchy so scratchy? Because straw is in vogue. | |

Patchy the Straw Man is a new object in The Sims 4 Seasons. At first, the object is not animated. It would still help Sims to tend gardens.
Sims can "Chat" and "Examine" with Patchy and with enough time, build a relationship. Once the relationship is high enough, Sims can also "Ask for Gardening Tips" to increase gardening skill and "Check Pockets for Seeds" to collect some seeds.
As long as Patchy has a good relationship with a Sim, Patchy the Straw Man becomes alive, detach from his tree and tend the gardens.
This object is the second object that can create a Sim. The first were the Bonehilda coffins.
