In The Sims Bustin' Out there is a scooter that Malcolm Langraab steals at the beginning of the game. But later if you move in to Mimi Landgraab's House or [Dudley Landgraab's] House you can retrieve it.
The Kenspa is a new vehicle introduced in The Sims 3: World Adventures. It functions like a small car.
