In The Sims Bustin' Out there is a scooter that Malcolm Landgraab steals at the beginning of the game. But later if you move in to Mimi or Dudley Landgraab's house you can retrieve it.
The Kenspa is a new vehicle introduced in The Sims 3: World Adventures. It functions like a small car.
The Kenspa can only be purchased from market lots in Champs Les Sims or Al Simhara. It is not available in Shang Simla, as bikes are the only available transport there, but a Sim who has a Kenspa can take it to Shang Simla and use it there. It resembles a 1970s Piaggio Vespa, and it can't be parked in any parking spot.(but it can be placed on a bike rack)
The Scoot Mobile is also new vehicle introduced in The Sims 3: Fast Lane Stuff.
