The house posses six beds in total, but the Roswell's only consist of a married couple, [[Meredith Roswell]] and her mayor husband [[Ted Roswell]]. The third floor of the house cannot be accessed, as it is only for decoration and is empty. There is also a basement with a desk, a nightstand, and many papers. The player can search for evidence in the papers as part of StrangerVille mystery. The lot is also surrounded by a dilapidated wooden fence, and there is a fishing pond behind it.<gallery widths="185">

==Neighborhood amenities==
The neighborhood rests atop a plateau with lots of trees and shrubbery. The neighborhood resembles a gated community, and has a building at the entrance of the neighborhood. There are a couple benches in the area that are not on a lot. There is also a fishing pond toward the back of the plateau, behind Strangerville Overlook and across from Dream Weavers Way. The pond is formed from a tributary from the mountains behind the plateau, and flows down into a bigger river below the plateau.<gallery>
