It is the most expensive and biggest house in the neighborhood. There is a ladle-shaped driveway lined by many plants leading up to the house. Its rooms, although decorated, are still vastly empty. The house posses six beds in total, but the Roswell's only consist of a married couple, [[Meredith Roswell]] and her mayor husband [[Ted Roswell]]. The third floor of the house cannot be accessed, as it is only for decoration and is empty. There is also a basement with a desk, a nightstand, and many papers. The player can search for evidence in the papers as part of StrangerVille mystery. The lot is also surrounded by a dilapidated wooden fence, and there is a fishing pond behind it.<gallery widths="185">

The neighborhood rests atop a plateau with lots of trees and shrubbery. The neighborhood resembles a gated community, and has a building at the entrance of the neighborhood. There are a couple benches in the area that are not on a lot. There is also a fishing pond toward the back of the plateau, behind Strangerville Overlook and across from Dream Weavers Way. The pond is formed from a tributary from the mountains behind the plateau, and flows down into a bigger river below the plateau.<gallery>
