Sherman Boggle is a pre-made playable adult Sim from Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. He is Vincent Moore's friend and co-worker. Sherman provides information on the JCN satellite's progress and some other important plot details. He is depicted as a stereotypical nerd and has a very wide vocabulary (he often says Latin phrases), which makes it hard for others to understand him. Sherman's first appearance in Vincent's story is when Greg Chomsky invites Vincent to Baliwood Star Lanes where the twothree of them meet up withtogether Shermanto bowl. Sherman and Greg both think that Vincent's ex-girlfriend Samantha Hayden was only after Vincent'shis Simoleons.

A few days later Sherman gives Vincent a call informing him that Samantha is trying to push her new boyfriend, Vincent's business rival Johnny Cullen into a quick wedding. Later on Vincent checks his e-mail and sees Sherman's message in which he says that Samantha and Johnny are soon to be married.

Sherman lives in of Bitville lots#104_Mountain_View104 Mountain View|104 Mountain View] and becomes playable from there at the end of Vincent's story. When the household is first played, he is 29 days from being an elder. Sherman is unemployed, although the story implies hes an employee of JCN. He has the Knowledge aspiration and the Virgo zodiac sign. Sherman has a small resemblance to Pascal Curious from Strangetown, and his clothes are very similar to Goopy GilsCarbo's. Sherman has no skills, like almost all other Bitville playable Sims, despite being a highly logical sterotypical nerd. Oddly, his home is entirely absent of anything "nerdy", with no computer or game console, the only high tech item belonging his TV. His home also is furnished for a full family, despite him living alone. He has a preset gender prefence of +10 to females, -10 to males. After the story ends, he will usually lose his Best Friend status with Greg as soon as they interact; Greg has a 49 LTR with Sherman, 1 point short of Best Friend eligibility, while Sherman has the regular 50 LTR towards Greg.
