According to fossils from [[The Sims 4]] Australosimicus afarensis, or "Pre-Pre-Pre Sim", lived between 3.9 and 2.9 million years ago. During that time sharp little triangle rocks were used by ancient hunters to catch food. Over time people began to plant, farm, and raise livestock. It can be assumed that Australosimicus afarensis lived alongside with dinosaurs, since they used T-rex arms as decorations. Next known Sims were [[SimNatives]]. They inhabited the islands that are now [[Vacation Island]], [[Twikkii Island]], and the islands featured in various versions of ''[[The Sims 2 Castaway (disambiguation)|The Sims 2: Castaway]]''. They are implied to still be around, though perhaps in a distant and unseen area; the tribespeople encountered in ''Castaway'' are presumably SimNatives.
