The Simoleon Savers household consists of roommates Penny Pincher and Clark Peddler, who lives at 64 Westlake Drive in Twinbrook. Clark Peddler is the ex-husband of Kat Hunter and hates spending money. Penny Pincher is his best friend. If story progression is left alone, they will usually begin a romantic relationship.
