Clark Peddler is a premade Sim from Twinbrook in The Sims 3: Ambitions. He lives with his roommate, Penny Pincher, in the Simoleon Savers household. They reside at 64 Westlake Drive. Their house appears to look like a car dealer, showcasing a car for sale. It looks as if Clark has stolen the car and sells it for money, because he's a Kleptomaniac. His lifetime wish is to steal many things, Possession is Nine Tenths of the Law.

Clark works at the Grocery Store as a Produce Quality Assessor. He, however, has a bad job performance and if he doesn't do better at work, he might get fired. Both he and Penny works part-time, and Penny also has even worse performance, making their household income at stakes of getting lost. This quite contradicts that both roommates are after money and frugal. Clark has many bad traits, and he likes to steal things, which could be his side job. Clark starts out with no skills, but interestingly, he has level 6 of Mooch hidden skill, even though he doesn't have Mooch trait.

Clark is the ex-husband of Kat Hunter. He goes steady with his own roommate, Penny, who is also his best friend. Many players believed it was a glitch that they started out with their family tree gets connected with each others. They are, in fact, going steady since the game is first played.
