The Sinclair family resides in Four Corners, the setting of Riley's story. Waring is an elder and he has the Fortune aspiration. He is a business tycoon, and he is married to Ashley. He fears Ashley will cheat on him. Ashley is an adult who has just begun that life stage, and her aspiration is Romance. She seems to be interested to Dylan Kincaid. Waring and Ashley attend Riley and Mickey's wedding. They don't have any friends at the start of the game. They can be played after beating Riley's Story or in free play. When you start free play with them you see that Waring is retired.

Trivia

  • In The Sims 3, the local "Chess Champion" is named Argyle Sinclair, with 2 opportunities involving him. It is unknown if there is any relation.
