Sinjin Balani is the cousin of Jenny Smith and the Curious Brothers. He runs the Kine Dairy in Sims 2 PSP. Sinjin leads the player through a number of test before promoting him/her to a yearling. In the cut-scene, Doctor Dominic Newlow will take the famous Beelzebeef and Sinjin will not be pleased with the results. He does not appear in the PC version and it is unknown what side of the family he is from.
