The skydiving simulator is an object in The Sims: Superstar and The Sims 2 for Nintendo DS.

The Sims: Superstar

Skydiving Simulator

This skydiving ‘simulator’ is the perfect gift for the Sim who has recurring dreams of falling, but doesn’t seem to mind them. Galileo’s Free-for-All combines acceleration of 32 feet per second per second with aerodynamic drag in order to recreate terminal velocity right in a Sim’s own backyard! So, for home entertainment within jet engine decibel range, remember Galileo’s Free-for-All: "For the Sim who likes the feel of wind in their mouth."

The Galileo's Free-for-All skydiving simulator in The Sims: Superstar is a fun machine that Sims can go inside. When inside, the Sim will be blown around by powerful air currents, and it will seem as if they are skydiving. The Sim must put on a skydiving suit, even though it is just a simulation. The walls are clear so players can see the Sim inside. The floor looks like a circus floor—a swirl of red and yellow stripes.

The simulator may just seem like a fun toy, but Sims can die from this. If a Sim is inside and the exit is blocked for a very long time, the machine can eject the Sim into the air, causing him or her to die. Sims who die in this way will not be visited by the Grim Reaper.

The Sims 2 (Nintendo DS)

There is also a skydive simulator in The Sims 2 for Nintendo DS. It is a special item which can be purchased in the store. It can be placed in any room in the hotel. Once placed, the player can make their Sim skydive on the machine, and control what moves they do by pressing various buttons on the Nintendo DS.
