He can be found in the [[Family bin|family bin]] with his roommates, [[Ellen Frost]] and [[Chaz Whippler]]. Phineaus seems to be the happy-go-lucky guy of the group, although he is a loner in most dorms. Ellen and him don't get along well, sinceconsidering Ellen is "cold" and "anti-social", and he likes being happy. Phineaus has the same unused glasses as [[Edwin Sharpe]].
