Hello I saw what you said on Mortimers talk Page and I'm here to help. When you look through the telescope during a day you are actually spying on the neighbors. ;I think its always a certain Sim though, because whenever i do this in Pleasantview, or any sub-neighborhood i attached to it, its always Mortimer who barges in and slaps me, and for Strangetown its always Vidcund Curious to me.
