Make sure your ~~sim~~Sim have no actions in their queue, then pause the game. Make sure you're on speed 1. Now, cycle through the Tombstone's "Add Neighbour ~~too~~to Family" menu until you find Rainelle. Click her. Now resume and pause by pressing P twice quickly. If you did it right, she'll stay on the screen. Shift-click her and press "Make Sim my Contact". Do this three times. Now, when you unpause, she'll fade away.
