Penelope Sargeant is a deceased Sim who lived in [[Twinbrook]] during her life. She burned to death and rests in the [[Ivy Hill Graveyard]]. She may be related to the [[Sargeant family]], but she does not appear on their family tree. She never completed her lifetime wish. Penelope is notable for being one of the few pre-made Sims along with [[Maggie Net]] and [[Cat Stielburg]] who have the [[Dramatic]] trait.
