Penelope Sargeant is a deceased Sim who lived in Twinbrook during her life. She burned to death and rests in the Ivy Hill Graveyard. She may be related to the Sargeant family, but she does not appear on their family tree. She never completed her lifetime wish. Penelope is notable for being one of the few pre-made Sims along with Maggie Net and Cat Stielburg who have the Dramatic trait.
