She and Clark are best friends, but outside of home, she only knows the popular rocker [[DeAndre Wolf]]. At the beginning of the game, Penny has no skills, but she has a part-time job at the library. She is at level 1, but her performance is poor, and she will be fired unless she improves it. If [[story progression]] is left alone, she and Clark will probably start developing a romantic relationship. There is a glitch that happens with her and Clark Peddler at start of game, that the two are related in family tree just like they were married but they're not.
