Outside, a long, brick wall lines the property and is built into the two-car garage that sits on the left of the lot. There is a small pond in the backyard that can be used for fishing. The main deck space at the back of house extends over a private family pool that sims can swim directly underneath. There are four narrow balconies protruding from the back of the house; two are accessible from the hallway on the second floor, and the other two are off of Nancy's and Geoffrey's bedroom.
