There's an [[espresso bar]], and Sims can buy [[magazine]]s or sit by the [[fireplace]] and read a book. Outside, there's small patio in front, and a [[barbeque]] grill and [[Chesschess table|chess tables]]s in the back.

The Plaza is divided into 4 squares. There are [[Chesschess table|chess tables]]s in two of the squares. Each of the other two has a [[barbeque]] grill and some tables and chairs. There is a fountain in the middle. In the upper-right corner (as seen from the street), there is a small building with bathrooms and an [[espresso bar]].
