*Power Inflation: No preset sims ever mastered a skill. In the Ecclesiarchy, mastering one skill is pretty much expected, and Core members are to have mastered a minimum of 3 skills, although most master much more.
*Shout Out: Ecclesiarchy basically replicates the Jesuit call for higher educational standards and lower corruption.
*Wrench Wench: Filled with them. Kallisto wants to recruit more, such as Yuri Kang and Eun Jin Choi.
*You have outlived your Usefulness: Averted. Kallisto was not happy about the surprise pregnancy (that would imply another thing), but decided that Tessa was still too valuable to cast out, and decides to undo the entire chain of events via time manipulation, using renovation as an excuse.
*Captain Ersatz: As the name would imply, the Ecclesiarchy is definitely based on 40k materials. Has a inflexible doctrine? If talking romance check. Calls things they don't like heresy? Check. Likes consolidation of power? Check.
