I'd have no problems with Beds being an admin, I think the wiki would benefit quite a bit, she's very friendly and most new users look to an admin for advice so she'd be perfect. I agree with basically everything everyone has said above. Hana is an excellent editor (she's waaaay past my edit count and I've been here over a year), she is extremely active, always contributing to community discussions and never faltering when it comes to being friendly and just having a chat. Some silly mistakes and a bit of bad behaviour in the past has merely hindered what I believe was going to be inevitable - Hana becoming an admin.
