This template was basically inspired by level 2 and level 3 warnings. The intention was to issue a second level 2 warning but with the equivalent of a level 3 warning. I see it as a warning template for use by rollbackers who have already issued level 1 and level 2 warnings. As for the template itself. I don't know if I'll ever use it.
