|Your Sim wants to purchase a Community Lot! Community Lots can be purchased remotely or by purchasing the Deed at the lot. To purchase remotely, select the "Real Estate" option, then the "Purchase Community Lot" option when using the Phone or Computer. To physically purchase the property, click on the Deed when on a lot owned by other Sims and choose the "Add to Shopping Bag" option.
