'''Stacy Miguel''' is a pre-made [[teenage]] [[Newspaper deliverer|Paper Delivery]] girl who lives in [[Garden Heights]], one of the [[neighborhood]]s shipped with ''[[The Sims Pet Stories]]''. She and [[Kana Chen]] are the only pre-made [[NPC]]s in the neighborhood that function. Other functioning NPCs are generated when necessary during the [[Best in Show]] story or in Free Play mode once the story is over. There are only two more pre-made NPCs in Garden Heights, [[Claire Lind]] and [[Lilly Phillips]], but they have deleted character files and are unplayable. Stacy can be made playable by befriending her andor aging her up with another teen. She has the [[Romance]] [[aspiration]] and the [[Capricorn]] [[zodiac sign]].
