It seems like the only reason this random empty lot exists in Pleasantview was for the sole purpose of killing ressurectable Skip. The lot data for 30 Middle Lane (N001_Lot80.package) shows that the only thing that this lot contained was resurrectable Skip (N001_User00090 - Skip_objt) and a tombstone.
