He was the husband of [[Maeve Caer]], the father of [[Sullivan Caer]], the grandfather of [[Olivia Riley]] {{nee|Caer}}, and the great-grandfather of [[Sally Riley]]. Steve is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. He has the [[Knowledge]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]], and the [[Scorpio]] [[zodiac sign]]. As far as [[personality]], Steve is very active, somewhat neat, and a little bit outgoing. But he is quite serious and grouchy.
