Appearance[edit source]
She will not appear in the game she is just a promo sim and a CAS bin sim even if she was in there she will perhaps be a NPC or townie or something. You can say the same for Andre and Pancake Bob and all the others... Kaiko Mikkusu (talk) 06:56, August 13, 2014 (UTC)
- Promo sims\CAS bin sims NEVER appear in the final game. Unless it's Mortimer or Bella. TS2 introduced the Caliente, Lothario, and Dreamer families. They were NEVER in the promotional stuff. Neither were the TS2 Homeless Townies like Goopy, Marisa Bendett, Benjamin Long, et al. Or the Veronavillians or Strangetownies. TS3 introduced a cripload of families, but not only they were NEVER in the promo stuff (Well i think Nick and Vita might have been in a trailer but that's it) but we did not know all their names at first - I think the Altos, Frios, Ursines, Harts, Wolffs, and Keatons were the only newcomers introduced to us before release, and even then, people still thought Holly was actually Ginia Kat. The other "leaked" families were a crapload of supposed ancestors of TS1 and TS2 townies which actually did not exist. Kaiko Mikkusu (talk) 16:22, August 18, 2014 (UTC)

- She doesn't appear in the game, but her appearance is one of the Create A Sim defaults. (Similar to the case with Travis Chase in The Sims 3.) Still, I'd suggest merging her into List of Sims used in promotional materials rather than keeping her own article, since that's what's been done in similar situations in the past. - She isn't in the Gallery, though some characters from the trailers were. Her appearance is in CAS, but she's not present as a character (with name, traits, household, etc.) Beatrice Monty (talk) 19:51, September 21, 2014 (UTC)
I just realized some promotional Sims do have their own pages (example). Since this page has already been made, I think it's okay to keep it that way.

Amber is not together with Sean Sullivan[edit source]
In the article it says "Several videos and renders seem to show Amber romantically involved with another promotional character, Sean Sullivan: at one point in the 'It's Amber' trailer the two are shown engaged in a marriage proposal." This is not true. In the "It's Amber" trailer she's seen rejecting Don Lothario. Sean Sullivan is nowhere to be seen in that trailer. I have only found one trailer where Amber and Sean is interacting, it's the one where they take the selfie (one of the pictures in this article). Also, in one of the City Living trailers Amber is seen marrying Armand (but in later promotional material we can see that Armand assumably is together with Bjorn Tu'Rock).
