Hidden duplicates?

I was checking Riverblossom Hills with SimPE, I looked at the sim browser under the "uneditable" tab. Now here's the scary part: I found another Catherine Viejo! it was her as an adult exactly how she appeared in the Viejo/Wan/Martin storytelling pictures, the same goes for her late husband Julio Viejo, the two are completely unplayable and are unlinked, and can't be resurrected in game, is it worth noting in the article?
