If you decorate your Sims' surroundings well, they do indeed get moodlets that increase in effect the more decorated the room gets. :::::Nah, I meant I never encountered any moodlets from the gems. Sorry if I wasn't clear. Oh, you meant the gems raise the environment score? I didn't really know, because they're just so tiny I didn't know it affects the environment. I thought there was a special moodlet from the gems.
