Issues with adding categories

I've noticed some issues caused by trying to add categories to this page. Every time I try to add the following categories: Sims with facial hair, Sims with short hair and Womanizers, they don't seem to be added.

When I hit the edit button, it becomes clear that the categories have slid from the manual categories list into the article context. This shouldn't be happening and I personally find it somewhat irritating. It would be nice if I knew how to fix it, but I'm afraid I can't figure out what the problem is. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 10:39, July 2, 2015 (UTC)
